        Advised project developer as lead project counsel on approximately $160 million fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) project in Alabama, including drafting and negotiation of city agreements, agreements with internet service providers, and EPC contracts.

         

        Advised U.S. company on joint venture arrangement with company in India.

         

        Led DFC counsel for innovative $250 million master financing facility for an Indian solar developer for the development, construction, and operation of multiple solar photovoltaic projects awarded under the Government of India’s National Solar Mission.

         

        Led DFC counsel for $73 million financing for a 100MW solar photovoltaic project in Telangana, India.

         

        Led DFC counsel for $35 million financing for a 50MW solar photovoltaic project in Karnataka, India.

         

        Led DFC counsel for a $250 million financing for the greenfield development of a network of passive telecommunications towers in Myanmar and to refinance associated vendor financing.

         

        Led DFC counsel for a $27 million financing for a 10MW solar photovoltaic project in Gujarat, India.

         

        Led DFC counsel for €200 million debt financing (part of €800 million facility arranged by an international financial institution and participated in by multiple European DFIs) for South Africa-based pharmaceutical company to support COVID-19 vaccine manufacturing capabilities.

         

        Led DFC counsel for $150 million financing to company to expand its installations of solar energy solutions on telecommunications towers in India.

         

        Led DFC counsel for a $140 million secured loan to a telecommunications company in Colombia to support the installation and deployment of 4G LTE wireless and fiber-optic broadband network.

         

        Led DFC counsel for a $300 million master finance facility to provide secured loans to affiliates for the acquisition, expansion, and operation of data center assets across Africa.

         

        Led DFC counsel for a $171 million secured loan to an Indian internet service provider to finance the expansion of its existing small-cell and new 4G LTE fixed wireless broadband networks for residential and commercial consumers in India and to refinance existing term indebtedness.

         

        Led DFC counsel for $200 million secured loan to a mortgage finance company in Turkey to expand its mortgage finance portfolio in Turkey.
