Advised Meridiam Infrastructure North America Inc. on fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) projects in several states.
Advised a client on its direct loan to a Kenyan agricultural lender making sub-loans to companies in different countries in Africa.
Conducted research on environmental law and drafted parts of the Commission’s final report.
Worked on projects concerning whistleblower protection, SLAPPs, monitoring of local elections, and lobbying legislation.
Advised a client on its loan to a Luxembourg fund investing in urban mobility, energy transition, the built environment, smart city solutions, etc.
Explored the ways in which international investment arbitration intersects with human rights law and international humanitarian law and reviewed corporate social responsibility of multinational corporations.
