Ms. Ryzhkova has over ten years of domestic and cross-border finance experience – a large portion of it being impact finance – having handled dozens of debt and equity transactions ranging in size, geographical scope and complexity. Ms. Ryzhkova has represented OPIC (succeeded by U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC)) in multiple finance transactions over the past ten years. Most recently, Ms. Ryzhkova represented DFC in a loan restructuring and represented a social venture company (with multiple impact investors from US, Europe and Asia, including International Finance Corporation and Asian Development Bank) in two secured debt financing transactions.
As part of her corporate law practice, Ms. Ryzhkova regularly provides corporate advice to early stage and established companies.
